At Tails and Whiskers we can guarantee that no more than 10 litres will be used per wash, including a warm and relaxing rinse. Compare that with the 30-40 litres you would use washing at home with the hose! Trying to save water? Why not collect the bath water when your dog is done and put it on the garden!! We use only environmentally friendly and biodegradable products and will even provide the buckets :-)

• Hydrobath: A soothing ,warm massaging treatment that gets right through even the thickest of fur. Perfect for older dogs or dogs suffering from arthritis. • Warm Rinse: Unlike some of the bigger companies, we understand that rinsing your pet is of the upmost importance. Rinsing gives the opportunity to remove any lingering dirt or grim, can be utilised as an aromatherapy treatment and prevents a build up of products. Larger companies do not rinse for many reasons, some of which are to only have to buy a single tank bath, and also to be able to wash more dogs per day. I think this is a bad idea. Think about it, would you leave shampoo in your hair?
  

• Conditioning Treatments: Prevent dry, flakey skin, treat skin irritations and r emove matts and burrs much more easily. Leave your mate soft and silky. Your choice of sweet smelling, natural Protein or Herbal treatments! (see our products range for more information)

• Aromatherapy Rinse: add a little touch of class and keep your best friend relaxed with a soothing aromatherapy treatment.

• Blow Dry: Using a state of the art 2008 deluxe blow dry system, indulge your pet in a warm, massaging blow dry. Have them returned to you ready to be hugged, as well as being soft and cuddle warm.

• Flea and Tick Treatment: Use our specialised products to help eliminate those pesky and dangerous critters, or to help treat the itch they cause.

• Deodorisers: why put up with that 'wet dog' smell. Give your mate a squirt of fresh smelling deodorant. Make them smell great for longer by utilising our amazing products.

• Teeth Cleaning: All animals' teeth need proper care just like yours and mine. Without proper care, even your mate can generate tooth problems and gum diseases which can lead to bad dental problems, costly vet bills and baaaaaaaad breath! • Eye Clean : Remove eye squishies and build ups. We also conduct as inspection of your pets eyes for any injuries or issues. Safely keep your mates eyes safe.

We can provide a full body brush, summer stripping to clear out all that excess winter hair, a clip around the toes to stop burrs and dangerous grass seeds, a simple face trim to keep that hair out of their eyes, and a tail trim to stop the wrong things 'hanging out' back there...excuse the pun.
