1. What will i need to provide?

We will require access to a tap and a power point in order to pamper your pet. We have a very long power cord and hose in the van.

2. Do I need to be home?

A first meet and greet is always good in order to be introduced to your pet and to confirm access points for water and power. After that we are happy to come and pamper your pet even if you are not home.

3. How can I pay?

We are happy to take card or cash on the day. For frequent regulars a direct deposit can be established.

4. How do i determine if my dog is small, medium or large?
